The Public Employee Accountability Act is an initiated state statute that would allow Idaho citizens to file suit against judges, prosecutors and others regarding criminality or malfeasance in performance of their judicial duties.
This initiative failed to submit enough signatures to qualify for the November 2008 ballot.
