Incarcerated felons voting in Colorado is the recognition of incarcerated residents of a state who are currently convicted of a felony and are currently on the states voting rolls. The following information is presented by data obtained by the Colorado Department of Corrections and the governing body of elections in a particular state known as the Colorado Secretary of State. Voting laws in Colorado make it illegal for an incarcerated felon to vote. In Colorado, felons are restored the right to vote upon completion of parole.
