Incarcerated felons voting in Kentucky is the recognition of incarcerated residents of a state who are currently convicted of a felony and are currently on the states voting rolls. The following information is presented by data obtained by the Kentucky Department of Corrections and the governing body of elections in a particular state known as the Kentucky State Board of Elections or the Kentucky Secretary of State. Voting laws in Kentucky make it illegal for an incarcerated felon to vote. In Kentucky, felons are denied the right to vote. Felons in Kentucky are only re-granted civil rights including civil rights at the end of their sentence/parole by applying for application for civil rights restoral. It is up to the Governor in Kentucky to restore a citizen's civil rights as it falls in the same power as granting pardons.
