Incarcerated felons voting in Missouri is the recognition of incarcerated residents of a state who are currently convicted of a felony and are currently on the states voting rolls. The following information is presented by data obtained by the Missouri Department of Corrections and the governing body of elections in a particular state known as the Missouri Secretary of State. Voting laws in Missouri make it illegal for an incarcerated felon to vote along with any criminal serving probation or parole. Missouri also denies the right permanetely to any felon who has been convicted of a voting related offense including voting fraud[1]. Felons in Missouri are only re-granted civil rights including civil rights once a felon has completed all time served in incarceration, probation, and extended supervision/parole by applying for application for civil rights restoral [2]. The Governor does not make decisions on civil rights restoral.
