Incarcerated felons voting in New Hampshire is the recognition of incarcerated residents of a state who are currently convicted of a felony and are currently on the states voting rolls. The following information is presented by data obtained by the New Hampshire Department of Corrections and the governing body of elections in a particular state known as the New Hampshire Secretary of State. Voting laws in New Hampshire make it illegal for an incarcerated felon to vote. However, people that are on probation and on parole in New Hampshire can vote[1].
