Incarcerated felons voting in North Carolina is the recognition of incarcerated residents of a state who are currently convicted of a felony and are currently on the states voting rolls. The following information is presented by data obtained by the North Carolina Department of Corrections and the governing body of elections in a particular state known as the North Carolina Secretary of State. Voting laws in North Carolina make it illegal for an incarcerated felon to vote and even when on parole and probation. In North Carolina, felons are restored the right to vote upon completion of parole/probation and prison sentence.
