One statewide ballot measure was on the November 2, 2010 ballot as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment
- The Indiana Constitution is one of the most difficult in the country to amend, requiring that a proposed amendment be approved by two successive sessions of the Indiana State Legislature with an intervening election.
- Legislative session ended on March 12, 2010, solidifying the ballot measure count for 2010.
