Language on the ballot:

For the period beginning October 1, 2013, and continuing through September 30, 2018, shall the Iron County Board of Commissioners be authorized to renew the voter approved telephone surcharge (not to exceed 16% of the highest monthly flat rate charged for a one-party access line within the county) to continue financing the equipment and operating costs of the enhanced 911 emergency telephone answering and dispatch system within Iron County?[1][3]
