Jack Murphy (b. June 9, 1941) is a Republican member of the Georgia State Senate representing the 27th district.

Murphy served in the Georgia State House of Representatives from 2002 to 2006. He then joined the Georgia State Senate in 2007 and has served in that position since.

Murphy served in the United States Air Force. He is a past Founding President/CEO of Radar Exterminating Company. He is also past District Manager/Vice-President of the Central Region for Orkin. He is currently President/CEO of a Private Investment Firm of Rental Properties.

Murphy attended the University of Delaware.
