Jackie Biskupski (b. January 11, 1966) was a Democratic member of the Utah House of Representatives, representing District 30 from 1999 till her resignation on June 13, 2011. She resigned due to unforeseen circumstances that caused her to move out of her district.[1]

Biskupski was a Private Investigator for JMB Investigations from 1990 to 1994. She has worked for State Farm Insurance as a Claims Adjuster since 1994.

Biskupski earned her B.S. in Criminal Justice from Arizona State University in 1998.
