Jackie Winters (b. April 19, 1937) has been a Republican member of the Oregon Senate since 2002, representing the 10th district.
Education
Winters attended both Oregon State University Systems of Continuing Education and Portland Community College.
Professional experience
Winters has worked in Public Agency Administration and Oregon State Executive Service. She worked as an assistant to Governor Vic Atiyeh. She has also worked as Supervisor for Governor Tom McCalls Economic Opportunity Office. She is currently owner and operator of Jackie's Ribs.
Political experience
Winters served in the Oregon State House of Representatives from 1998 to 2002. She joined the Oregon State Senate in 2002. She has served in that position since, representing the 10th district. She is currently the Senate Deputy Leader.

Policy positions
