A Jackson Township Ambulance Tax Levy question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Wood County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.

This question authorized the Township of Jackson to renew a property tax levy of 3 mills ($3 per 1,000 of assessed valuation) for two years in order to fund ambulance services.[1]
