A Jackson Township Road Levy Renewal measure was on the March 6, 2012 ballot in the township of Jackson which is in Preble County.

This measure sought to renew the current road levy which is set at a rate of $.10 per $100 of value for a further five years in order to continue to pay for road repair, construction and resurfacing in the township.[2]

Text of measure

The question on the ballot:

A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Jackson Township for the purpose of general construction, reconstruction, resurfacing and repair of roads at a rate not exceeding one (1) mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to ten cents ($0.10) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.
