Daniels ran in the 2012 election for Oregon House District 11. Daniels was defeated by Kelly Lovelace in the Republican primary on May 15. Incumbent Phil Barnhart (D) ran unopposed in the Democratic primary. The general election took place on November 6, 2012.[1][2]
