James Clark

James Clark is a Republican member of the Idaho House of Representatives, representing the 3rd District.
Clark earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Tampa in 1973 and his Master's degree in International Relations from Troy State University in 1979. Clark earned his Master's in Business Administration from the University of Idaho in 1979.
In addition to being a Senator, Clark is a professor at Eastern Washington University and at Lewis-Clark State College.

James is married to Vicki Hunter-Clark. They have three children and reside in Hayden Lake, Idaho
