Biography
Devine earned his B.A. from Saint Anselm's College. Now retired, his professional experience includes 30 years with the United States Treasury.

Devine won re-election in the 2012 election for New Hampshire House of Representatives, Rockingham 4. Devine advanced past the September 11 primary and won re-election in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[2][3]
2010
On November 2, 2010 Devine won election to the New Hampshire House of Representatives.
Devine advanced past the September 14 primary election. She faced incumbent Gene Charron (R), incumbent Joseph Hagan (R), incumbent Elisabeth Sanders (R), Charlotte Lister (D), Gertrud Nugent (D), Jenna Gawne (D), and George Manos (D) in the November 2 general election.
2008
On November 4, 2008, Devine won re-election by finishing second out of seven candidates for the four-seat Rockingham 7 District of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, receiving 3,884 votes.[4]
