Elections
2010
On November 2, 2010 Garrity won election to the New Hampshire House of Representatives.
2008
On November 4, 2008, Garrity won election to the New Hampshire House of Representatives from Rockingham County District 6, which sends two representatives to the New Hampshire House of Representatives, by finishing with the highest vote total in the election. Garrity received 3,404 votes. The other winning candidate from District 6 was Debra DeSimone (R), receiving 2,269 votes. Because the 2008 race in District 6 had two candidates for two available seats, Garrity and DeSimone essentially ran unopposed. Additionally, 5 votes went to "others", who were presumably write-in candidates. [2]
Garrity raised $594 for his campaign in 2008.[3]
