James Kerzman (b. March 2, 1947) was a Democratic-NPL member of the North Dakota House of Representatives. He represented the 31st District from 1990 to 2010.

Kerzman is the director of Slope Electric Corporation and the owner/operator of Kerzman Farm; his professional experience also includes farming and ranching.

Kerzman attended Dickinston State University and North Dakota School of Science. He and his wife, Jill, have ten children; Lisa, Scott, Lynn, Brad, David, Kysa, Kilzigh, Nick, Mathew, and Caleb.[1]

Kerzman lost his bid for re-election to one of two seats in District 31 of the North Dakota House of Representatives. James Schmidt (R) and Karen Rohr (R) won the November 2 general election.[2][3]
