Miceli served on the Board of Selectmen from 1966-1977 and Wilmington Planning Board from 1963-1966.
He is Co-chair of the Middlesex County Advisory Board, Region 5A Chair of the Massachusetts Federation of Planning Boards, and a member of the Elks, Friends of the Harnden Tavern, Friends of Tewksbury Hospital Board of Directors, Lions, Sons of Italy, and the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority Advisory Board.[1]
