James Williams was Republican candidate for District 95 of the Kentucky House of Representatives in the November 2, 2010, state legislative elections.

Williams' opponent in the November 2 general election was Democratic incumbent Gregory Stumbo. According to official results, Stumbo defeated Williams by a margin of 7,275 to 3,140.[1]

Williams ran unopposed in the May 18 Republican primary election.
