Jamie Pedersen (b. September 9, 1968) is a Democratic member of the Washington House of Representatives, representing District 43. He was first elected to the chamber in 2006. He previously served as Assistant Majority Whip.

Biography

Pedersen received his JD from Yale Law School in 1994. Pederson earned his BA in American Studies/Soviet/Eastern European Studies from Yale College in 1990.

Pedersen has been an attorney for K and L Gates Limited Liability Partnership since 1995. He has worked as a clerk for the United States Court of Appeals, District of Columbia Circuit.
