Janine Hansen is a 2014 Independent American candidate seeking election to the U.S. House to represent the 2nd Congressional District of Nevada.[1]

Hansen was previously a 2012 Independent American candidate for District 19 of the Nevada State Senate.


Campaign themes


Hansen ran opposed to illegal immigration and raising the Elko County gas tax. Her economic policy included cutting individual, business, and gas taxes, ending deficit spending and "sound money."[2]
