Jason Atkinson (b. November 6, 1970) is a former Republican member of the Oregon State Senate. Atkinson served as the Assistant Majority Leader of the Oregon State House of Representatives from 1998 to 2000. He was also a candidate for Governor of Oregon in 2006. He joined the Oregon State Senate in 2000. He served in that position until his retirement in 2013.

Atkinson has worked as the director of a ski school as well as a Radio Talk Show Producer/Personality. He is currently a Management Consultant and founder of Allmand Tree Creative.

Atkinson earned his BS from Southern Oregon State College in 1992. He went on to receive his Master's in Management from Williamette University in 1997.
