Jaymes B. Lester is a member of the Delaware Public Service Commission, the state body charged with regulating the state's utility companies.[1] Lester was first appointed to the Public Service Commission by Governor Ruth Ann Minner in 2001. Although his term expired in May 2012, he continues to serve on the PSC at the pleasure of current Gov. Jack Markell.[2]

Biography

Lester manages Richland Farms, a 2300 acre grain production farm. He served two terms as President of the University of Delaware Agricultural Extension Advisory Committee and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the New Castle County Civic League.[1]
