Jean Leising (b. January 10, 1949) is a Republican member of the Indiana State Senate, representing District 42. She was first elected to the chamber in 2008 and previously served a term from 1988 to 1996.


Leising earned her R.N. from Good Samaritan Hospital School of Nursing in 1969. Her professional experience includes working as an Industrial Nurse for Federal-Mogul and self-employed farm owner/operator.
