Prior to joining the House, Oxford worked as a Grassroots Coordinator for the American Lung Association and Director of Field Operations for the Missouri Partnership for Smoking and Health from 2001-2004.
She earned her MDiv in Biblical Theology from Eden Theological Seminary, BA in Religious Studies from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and AA from Southeastern Illinois College.[1]
