Biography
Prior to joining the NJPUB, Fox served Regional Administrator of the United States Environmental Protection Agency for New Jersey, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. She has also been Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and Energy.[1]

Political career
New Jersey Public Utilities Board (2002-present)
Fox has served on the New Jersey Public Utilities Board since January 2002. From 2002 to 2010 she served as President of the Board.[1]

Fox was reappointed to the New Jersey Public Utilities Board on March 16, 2009.[2] She faced a contentious hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee. The committee voted along party lines, with seven Democrats in favor and four Republicans opposed.[3]
