Jeff Barker (b. 1943) is a Democratic member of the Oregon House of Representatives. He has represented District 28 since 2003.

Barker is a retired police lieutenant and has served the Portland Police Bureau. He was a Trooper in the United States Marine Corps. He earned his Bachelor of Science at Portland State University.[1]

Barker won re-election in the 2012 election for Oregon House of Representatives District 28. Barker was unopposed in the May 15 Democratic primary and defeated Manuel Castaneda (R) in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[2][3]
