Jeff Kruse (b. September 7, 1951) has been a Republican member of the Oregon Senate since 2005, representing the 1st district.
Education
Kruse earned his BS in Economics from Willamette University in 1973.
Professional experience
Kruse has worked as supervisor for Oregon Turkey Growers. He has also worked as a construction worker. He is currently co-owner and farm laborer at Kruse Farms.
Political experience
Kruse served in the Oregon State House of Representatives from 1996 to 2004. He joined the Oregon State Senate in 2005. He has served in that position since, representing the 1st district. He is the Republican Whip in the senate.

Policy positions
