Text of the question:

Shall the Jefferson City School District incur indebtedness and issue its general obligation bonds in the amount of $79,000,000 for the purpose of constructing a new senior high school facility and a new elementary school facility and furnishing and equipping said facilities, renovating and improving existing school buildings and facilities and providing technology and safety upgrades therefore resulting in an estimated increase to the debt service levy of $0.30 per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation? If this proposition is approved, the adjusted debt service levy of the school district is estimated to increase from $0.2056 to $0.5056 per one hundred dollars assessed.
