Jeffrey Clark is a member of the Delaware Public Service Commission, the state body charged with regulating the state's utility companies.[1] Clark was appointed by former Gov. Ruth Ann Minner November 2005. His term expired in May 2014, but he continues to serve at the pleasure of current Gov. Jack Markell.[1]

Biography

Clark is a partner at the law firm of Schmittinger and Rodgriguez in Dover where he has practiced law for nine years. He also is serving his second term on the Smyrna School Board and serves as Chief Attorney for the Delaware State Senate.[1] He lives outside Kenton with his wife Kristen and their two children, Tommy and Katherine.[1]
