Jerry P. Rhoads (b. April 5, 1941) is a Democratic member of the Kentucky State Senate, representing District 6 and serving as Senate Minority Whip. He was first elected to the chamber in 2002.

Rhoads earned his B.A. from Murray State University and his J.D. from the University of Kentucky. His professional experience includes working as an attorney for Rhoads and Rhoads, PSC. Rhoads served as a Captain in the United States Army.
