After graduating from college, Jim moved to Dallas, Texas where he worked as a financial analyst for First International Bankshares and the Dallas Federal Reserve Bank. He then became CFO/CEO of Dallas Eye Institute for several years, then moved back to Kansas in 1993 to join Discover Vision Centers as the CEO.
Denning graduated from Fort Hays State University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance with emphasis in accounting and economics.[1]
