Biography
Hughes earned his B.S. in Transportation and Logistics from Ohio State University. He later earned his J.D. from Capital University Law School in 1994. Hughes has been a law clerk, page in the Ohio House of Representatives and bailiff for Franklin County Court of Common Pleas. Hughes has been an Assistant County Prosecutor for the Franklin County Prosecutor's Office since 1997.
