Rep. Marleau has an Associates in Business and Finance from University of Toledo and is a Certified Municipal Financial Advisor (CMFA) through Central Michigan University. He and his wife, Thea, have lived in Lake Orion for more than 25 years. They have raised their family with their children graduating from Orion schools. Jim was born March 18, 1947.
