Jim McDermott was a 2012 Libertarian candidate who sought election to the U.S. House representing the at-large Congressional District of Alaska. He lost to incumbent Don Young (R) in the general election on November 6, 2012.[1]

McDermott ran in the 2012 election for the U.S. House, representing Alaska's at-large District. McDermott faced Sharon Cissna (D), Don Young (R), and Ted Gianoutsos in the general election. Incumbent Don Young won re-election on November 6, 2012.[2][3][4]
