James "Jim" Rainwater was a 2012 Libertarian candidate for District 28 of the Indiana House of Representatives.

Rainwater ran in the 2012 election for Indiana House of Representatives District 28. Rainwater ran as a Libertarian candidate and was defeated by incumbent Jeffrey Thompson (R) in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[1][2]
