Disqualified from Ballot
Green was disqualified from the primary ballot in January 2012.[3] Green was dropped from the ballot after the Ohio Secretary of State officially scheduled the primary election for March 6, 2012. Green's filing forms and signatures, which were filed before the date was announced, had listed a June primary date. The technicality made Green's original filing invalid. He is now running as a write-in candidate.
