Mullery is an attorney. He earned his JD and BA from the University of Minnesota.
Mullery is Chair of the 4th Ward Democratic-Farmer-Labor Club, and a member of the 5th Congressional District Outreach Committee Democratic-Farmer-Labor, Saint Austin Catholic Church, and the Democratic-Farmer-Labor 5th District Executive Committee.[1]
