Biography
Colgan was the founding Executive Director of the Illinois Hunger Coalition, an organization he served for over 11 years. He then accepted a position with the Illinois Association of Community Action Agencies in 2000. He also served as Program Director at the Peoria County Community Action Agency from 1981-1989. Colgan is currently a member of the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners, serving on the Consumer Affairs Committee and the Subcommittee on Clean Coal and Carbon Sequestration.[1]
