Political career
Public Service Commission (2004-Present)
Howard was first appointed to the commission on March 4, 2004, and was elected Vice Chairman in July of 2008 and Chairman in July of 2010. Howard served as chairman from July 2010 to July 2012.[1] His current term expires on June 30, 2012.Due to redistricting, his term has been extended until the General Assembly elections are held in 2013.[1]
