John A. Kowalko, Jr. (b. September 17, 1945) is a Democratic member of the Delaware House of Representatives, representing District 25. He was first elected to the chamber in 2006.

Biography

Kowalko works as a machinist for Philadelphia Newspapers, Incorporated. He was previously employeed as a general foreman machinist at Delaware City Refinery, and a machinist in the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard.[1]

  • HB 60 - "prohibits public schools, including charter schools, and school districts from making available or serving food with more than 0.5 gram of artificial trans fatty acids to students in grades K through 12."
  • HB 238 - "amends the personal income tax for Delaware residents according to the rates set forth in the bill. The projected additional annual State revenue to result from the proposed rate increase amount to approximately $90.5 Million."
