John McCay, III is a 2015 Republican candidate for District 118 of the Mississippi House of Representatives.

McCay was a 2011 Republican candidate for District 118 of the Mississippi House of Representatives. He was defeated by Greg Haney and incumbent Roger Ishee in the primary on August 2, 2011.
