John Morley, III (b. May 6, 1970) was a Republican member of the Vermont House of Representatives, representing Orleans-Caledonia-1.

Morley joined the Vermont State House of Representatives in 2005. He has served in that position since, representing the Orleans-Caledonia-1 District.

Morley has worked as Chairman for the Vermont Public Power Supply Authority. He has also worked as Village Manager.

Morley earned his B.S. from the University of Vermont in 1993.
