John Munn was a 2012 Republican candidate for District 4 of the California State Assembly.

  • UC Davis, Master of Science degree in Soil Science

Munn is retired from the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection in Sacramento where he worked as a Soil and Watershed Scientist for 25 years.[1]

Munn ran in the 2012 election for California State Assembly District 4. He and incumbent Mariko Yamada (D) won the blanket primary on June 5, 2012, unopposed. He was subsequently defeated in the general election on November 6, 2012.[2][3]
