John Sparks is a Democratic member of the Oklahoma Senate, representing the 16th District.
Sparks received an A.B. degree from Harvard College in 1991 and a J.D. from the University of Oklahoma in 1994. In addition to serving as state senator, Sparks is a founding partner of the Odom, Sparks, Jones & Kerr law firm.
