John Stathas was a 2012 Libertarian candidate who sought election to the U.S. House representing the 24th Congressional District of Texas.

Stathas was defeated by Republican incumbent Kenny Marchant on November 6, 2012.[1]

Stathas ran in the 2012 election for the U.S. House, representing Texas' 24th District. He ran as a Libertarian candidate. He ran against incumbent Kenny Marchant (R) and Tim Rusk (D) in the November 6, 2012, general election.[2]
