Biography
Vines earned his B.S./B.A. in Finance/Banking from the University of Arkansas in 1996 and his J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1999. His professional experience includes working as an attorney for Wood, Smith, Schnipper, Clay and Vines and as a small claims magistrate for the Hot Springs District Court.

Vines ran for re-election in the 2012 election for Arkansas House of Representatives, District 25. Vines ran unopposed in the May 22 Democratic primary and defeated Michael Jones, Sr. (R) in the November 6, 2012, general election.[1][2][3]
2010
Vines defeated Richard Pellegrino in the May 18 primary. He then won unopposed in the November 2 general election.[4][5]
