John Wertheim was a Democratic candidate for New Mexico Treasurer in the 2014 elections. Wertheim is an Albuquerque lawyer and a former Democratic Party Chairman.[1]

Wertheim ran for election to the office of New Mexico Treasurer. Wertheim sought the Democratic nomination in the primary on June 3, 2014 and lost to Tim Eichenberg.[1] The general election takes place November 4, 2014.
