Biography
Westbrook's professional experience started with a litigator position at Dawkins & Quarles law firm. She also was a managing attorney for the Southeastern Massachusetts Legal Assistance Corporation. She worked as both general counsel and director of the Massachusetts Energy Facilities Siting Board. She helped oversaw the permitting of major energy infrastructure in Massachusetts.[1]
